HR2.0 : Social Competence Network Representations
Following our last post on expertise taxonomy, we can now link Skills to People, for a "Competence Network".. Using an Eyetree (see Tricot site), you would select one skill and you would have the list of the people who have this skill .
If we consider the inverse problem, linking People to Skills (in term of capacity), then we would use for instance the Radial Tree representation, to position one People into an elementary graph/network of functions, roles, competences, skills, tasks or expertises.
...Social Networks can now be described as Competences Networks . It is also an extension to WebServices like (mybloglog) and a beginning into Social Revolution ?

Expertise Taxonomy for Recruitment 2.0 (Recrutement 2.0)
"Recruitment 2.0" interests more and more individuals, as well as groups or companies. Because a CV 2.0 is more communicative than your old piece of paper, or even the online search from databases. It facilitates also people meetings and social networking. See Jobster for example.
We could complete the 2.0 CV approach : with a model of skills, competencies and profile to share : that is the Expertise Taxonomy. Defining what is a competence system is difficult, but we would have now have good elements to start the Social Revolution !
